All the staff are avid readers and book lovers with different areas of interest. It is our pleasure to talk books with you, and if you like, offer recommendations.
Our children’s book area has books and chairs for relaxing and toys for playing with.
Chairs are placed throughout the store for your usage to relax and read or if just waiting for someone.
What we do
Bassendean Book Exchange offers a huge range of second hand books in store.
We exchange your books too, as long as they are in good condition and we require them for our growing stock, we give a percentage of what we would sell the books for.
Please understand we are a business and have bills to pay, so we require you to spend (pay with real money) 30% on top of your store credit. Example $30 of credit you would need to spend at least $9 dollars.
UNLESS ARRANGED PRIOR – ALL CREDIT NEEDS TO BE USED ON THE SAME DAY.
